Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds on products returned to us within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following health and safety criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

  • Hygiene: Due to the nature of ingestible supplements and topical skincare, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or had their safety seals tampered with.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number must accompany all return requests.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at customerservice@myvitaeshop.com.

  1. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photo documentation of the issue.

  • In these cases, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In specific cases (such as items returned with minor packaging damage not caused by shipping), a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
