The total delivery time is the sum of the Processing Time (2–3 business days) and the Transit Time.

Delivery Time

 

  • While the estimated transit time is 10–15 business days, international orders may be subject to longer processing times and unpredictable delays due to customs procedures in the destination country. These delays are outside of our control.

 

5. Damages and Lost Packages

 

  • My Vitae Shop Estore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • If a package is reported delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local delivery service immediately. We can assist by providing necessary tracking information, but we cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

 

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will not be held responsible. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
